Job Talash aims to help organizations in Lahore find a better pool of candidates, and job seekers find jobs better suited to their education and work experiences.
Job Talash is offering free services to its subscribing organizations for one year. These services include finding a suitable pool of candidates for upcoming vacancies and an applicant screening service to reduce the time and cost spent on recruitment by the organization.
Job Talash is currently conducting its preliminary survey of organizations in Lahore. The purpose of the survey is to understand the dynamics of the recruitment processes of organizations, the type of candidates organizations seek to fill various vacancies, and the kinds of services organizations would want for screening their applicant pool. Organizations which participate in the survey will be offered a chance to enroll themselves in Job Talash and benefit from our free services.
