Lahore Transport Company (LTC) is a public transit bus system established for  carrying urban passengers in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. It was established under the Companies Ordinance Act (1984). LTC got all  transport responsibilities of traveling in Lahore in December 2001. It travels under routes issued by the Government of Punjab. It issues “Green Cards” to students, under which they are charged PKR 10  on LTC Buses. The buses are air conditioned and have separate sections for men and women. The fleet of Lahore Transport Company has more than 650 buses which run throughout the city as well as sub-urban areas of the city. The company’s mission is to plan & facilitate a high quality, safe, efficient, environment friendly & affordable Urban Transport in Lahore City.CERP Project Partnership: Women’s Mobility
