Profile: Tariq Raza completed his undergraduate degree from the Lahore school of Economics, where he earned a B.Sc. (Hons.) with double major in Economics and Finance. He then acquired his Masters in Economics (Finance) from the University of Edinburgh. He started his career by working at Lahore based consultancy firms where he assisted the team in project analysis, contract negotiations, client-interfacing and process development for startup ventures. Later he joined the Lahore School of Economics as a Research Associate on an International Growth Centre (IGC) funded project which looked at organizational barriers in the adoption of technology. He is currently working on a project at Center for Economic Research in Pakistan, (CERP) funded by “The Private Enterprise Development in Low-Income Countries”, (PEDL) which aims to study the barriers to industrial upgrading.

Profile: Sania has done an MBA degree in Human Resource Management from Virtual University Lahore. She has previously worked as an Operations Assistant at the Lahore Transport Company. At CERP, Sania started as a volunteer for the Public Transport Pilot of the Women’s Mobility Project, and later joined the team as a Project Support Officer (PSO). During her time here, she has assisted the team in a variety of roles including data collection, quality control and sample frame development

Profile: Ravale is the Program Manager for Pakistan Education Program. She has a M.Ed. from Harvard University, a M.Sc. from University of Pennsylvania and a B.Sc. from Lahore University of Management Sciences. She has been involved with education research and program evaluation in multiple countries. Her interests lie in education policy, impact investing and social research methods.
