CERP partners with CLEAR to roll out its capacity building agenda. The Centers for Learning on Evaluation and Results (CLEAR) is a global five-year multilateral program that aims to strengthen the capacity of, and promote excellence in, regional institutions to provide monitoring and evaluation capacity-development services to government and civil society. The Center is meant to serve as a training hub for governments and civil society by engaging in a range of capacity-building efforts including demand-driven training and advisory services.

The ‘CLEAR South Asia at CERP’ center was established in 2011 with support from Department for International Development, Swedish International Development Agency, Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), Inter-american Development Bank, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, Belgian Federal Public Service for Development Cooperation, Rockefeller Foundation, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank and Independent Evaluation Group (World Bank).
