Profile: Rab Nawaz Bhatti is a Field Coordinator on the Education and financing Project. He completed his MPhil in Sociology from Department of sociology University of Sargodha, Sargodha in 2015. He recently completed his Ph.D. Sociology Coursework from the same department and institution as well. His main duties are in working with research assistant & senior research associate to help with field monitoring and reporting, research study design, translations and assisting Project Team with day to day workings on survey questions, transcriptions and data entry, where necessary. His research interests include Gender inequality, Education, peace and poverty alleviation. Prior to joining Education and financing project, Rab Nawaz worked as a survey supervisor in CERP state authority project in Sargodha in 2015.

Before joining CERP, Rab Nawaz worked two years with the federal bureau of statistics in field office Jhang as a Statistical assistant, where he worked household surveys in urban and rural setting door to door.  Rab Nawaz also worked as visiting faculty member for a year in sociology department University of Sargodha, Sargodha. Before working with CERP, he worked for various projects such as a project of University of Manheim Germany with NRSP in Sargodha, (MICS) multiple indicator cluster survey 2014 in Division Faisalabad with Punjab Bureau of statistics, Local body election project of IDEAS in Sargodha and an education based survey of IDEAS in Sargodha and Haifzabad as well. Rab Nawaz plans to start his Ph.D. research on gender inequality based issues.
