Profile: Hafsa worked on the Punjab Economic Opportunities Program where she played a pivotal role in the designing of baseline survey instruments and the facilitation of research for the writing of baseline reports to inform the design of evidence-based program interventions. Hafsa did her Bachelors in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences where her research focused on the effects of circular debt in Pakistan’s energy sector as well as policy-making in the agriculture sector. Prior to joining CERP, her previous work experience involved journalism as well as researching markets in the MENA region. A U.S. Fulbright Scholar and graduate student at Columbia University, Hafsa is currently working as an Evaluation Intern at Innovations for Poverty Action in the northern rural region of Ghana on the Incentives to Save project.
