Profile: Zahir received his MSc in Development Economics from The School of Oriental and African Studies, London. Before joining CERP, Zahir worked as a Consultant for the Disaster Risk Management Team at the World Bank where he contributed to the Damage and Needs Assessment for the Floods in Pakistan and multiple DRM projects. His other interests focus on institutional development with an emphasis on informal institutions and corruption.
