Profile: Before joining CERP, Neha worked as a London-based Senior Research Assistant with Puja Kapai, Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong Law Department, on a comparative study investigating legal and policy measures combating family violence in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia. Neha holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Colby College and a Masters in Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies where she focused her research on Ahmadi family law. She plans on pursuing a PhD in Law with a focus on the relationship between state and family law and the efficacy of institutional processes which deal with transnational family disputes in Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
