Profile: Minahil completed her undergraduate from the Lahore University of Management and Sciences in 2016 and joined CERP as the Communications Assistant in April 2017. At LUMS she was a student of social sciences with a focus on literature, politics and religion. She has an avid interest in interfaith dialogue, including community growth and integration of marginalized minorities into the mainstream. She has also been a Fellow in the USA for a Religion and Conflict Resolution program. 

Before joining CERP, Minahil was at the forefront of projects in the field of dialogue, education and promotion of religious coexistence and founded an initiative called HumAahang. At CERP she is managing the Communications, External Relations and Outreach. Her efforts are geared towards making evidence understood in policy design and sharing CERPs research and outcomes with all stakeholders

Profile: Saad Gulzar is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Stanford University. He uses field experiments and data from government programs to study the determinants of politician and bureaucratic effort toward citizen welfare. His research interests lie in the political economy of development and comparative politics, with a regional focus on South Asia. His work has been supported by grants from the International Growth Center, the Jameel Abdul Latif Poverty Action Lab's Governance Initiative, the World Bank, and the American Institute of Pakistan Studies. Saad earned his Ph.D. from New York University in 2017. He previously studied at Columbia University, the National University of Singapore, and the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
