A 4-day training of 70 Master Trainers, selected from the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) primary schools was conducted by CERP & Developments in Literacy (DIL).
The training prepared them in administration and pedagogical practices of the Targeted Instruction Program, a remedial program that supports teachers in helping primary students build foundational skills and catch them up to their grade level. In the second cascade, these Master Trainers trained another 2100 teachers and head teachers from FDE and BECS.
