On July 1, 2022, CERP organised a customised workshop for the members of the eminent Entrepreneurs’ Organisations (EO) Lahore chapter on the Art of Business Negotiations. The workshop was led by Shahzad Bhatti, a world-renowned negotiations expert and a former lecturer of Negotiation Skill & Theory at Harvard Law School, to equip the entrepreneurs and business owners with the necessary skills and framework to win at negotiations.
A diverse group of 40 entrepreneurs and business owners representing different industries were present at the workshop. Some of the key personals who attended the workshop were:

The workshop explored the concept of the negotiator’s diamond and progressed into discussing the 7 strategies for effective negotiation that can help entrepreneurs and business owners walk into any negotiation discussion with confidence. The workshop also included case studies and focused group activities to help participants learn the art of business negotiations.
While reflecting upon his experience of the workshop Omer Chughtai described the workshop as “very interactive” and Anees Muhammad, Director of Mahmood Group, mentioned that the frameworks discussed are applicable to both business negotiations and family communication.
