Sidra holds a master’s degree in International and Development Economics from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). She has extensive experience in the field of education, including conducting research focused on improving educational opportunities for children in the slums of Lahore. Sidra has collaborated with public institutions to address gender disparities across various domains and has hands-on experience with randomized controlled trials (RCTs). She has also contributed to capacity-building initiatives, working closely with prominent donor agencies such as the World Bank and the Harvard Kennedy School, as well as with public and private organizations. Her expertise includes designing questionnaires, conducting impact evaluations of capacity-building programs, and implementing evidence-based experiments using pre-post methods.
