Adil Saeed is the Director of Government Relations at the Center for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP). In this strategic role, he oversees institutional engagement, building and maintaining critical linkages with government officials to secure policy buy-in, institutional support, and public-sector participation across CERP’s diverse portfolio of projects.
A former civil servant, Adil brings deep, firsthand insight into administrative frameworks and state machinery. He transitioned from public service to pursue an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), bridging the gap between field experience and economic strategy. His work and research interests lie at the critical intersection of economics, public policy, governance, and state capability-a nexus he navigates daily to translate rigorous research into impactful, actionable public-sector engagement.
