Anam is a public policy professional with over a decade of experience at the intersection of research, evidence-based policymaking, and capacity building. Her policy interests span public sector reform, evidence use in governance, and gender equity. Anam has collaborated with leading scholars and institutions globally and remains passionate about bridging the gap between research and policy in developing contexts.
Anam has held various positions across research and Learning Hub at CERP and is currently leading CERP’s Behavioral Research portfolio. She is currently pursuing a DPhil in Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy, with a specialisation in International Development from Duke University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from LUMS.
