Ghania Suhail

Assistant Manager, Human Resource and Workspace Services
Ghania Suhail is Assitant Manager, Human Resources in the Human Resources and Workspace Services at CERP. She was previously a Teaching, Development & Capacity Building Associate at CERP. During this reole she deployed CERP’s teaching offerings to build capacity of civil servants, researchers, and managers in both private and public sectors in using data and evidence to make policy decisions. Part of her work focuses on relationship management with new and existing stakeholders as well as refining existing and developing new teaching products. Prior to this Ghania, worked for Pakistan Microfinance Network, Children’s Global Network – Pakistan and English Time (Turkey). She has an MSc in Economics from Anadolu University, Turkey and BSc in Economics from NUST Business School.
