An Acumen Fellow, Maha Rehman is spearheading the new Analytics unit at CERP. Her expertise lies in designing and executing evidence-based programs to amplify impact and profits, optimize processes and effectively use evidence to make strategic decisions. .
Prior to this she was leading the Evidence Based Procurement Reforms Project that aimed to test various approaches to incentivize bureaucrats to achieve financial efficiency in Punjab. This yielded valuable results and the knowledge is now being embeded in the various functions in the province.
Before CERP, she has been involved in Education Design and Impact programs at World Bank, Washington DC including Sindh Education Reforms Project and Systems Approach for Better Education Results.
She frequently contributes to DAWN.com Blogs and World Bank: End Poverty in South Asia.
Her areas of interest include Data Analytics, Education and Energy reforms and Governance.
A resident of Lahore, she has a master’s degree in Economics from Duke University and an undergraduate degree from LUMS.
