Mian M. Kashif Saeed
Kashif completed his Master of Applied Science in Economics from the University of Karachi in 2003. Sine, then he has worked in the fields of public finance/governance, economic development and monitoring and evaluation with donors, NGOs and the public sector in Pakistan in different capacities. Most recently he served as Senior Manager (Evaluation) with Raabta Consultants where he evaluated two USAID programs. He was instrumental in introducing performance-based intergovernmental transfers in Pakistan in 2006 and shifting investment focus of USAID’s Dairy Project from Central Punjab to South Punjab in 2011. In future, he wants to play a more active role in public policy formulation. He served at CERP as a Project Coordinator in Education Financing Project.
