Muhammad Saad Arshad

Senior Research Associate

Muhammad Saad Arshad worked as a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Economic Research in Pakistan. He was leading the Skills Information Friction component for the Women's Mobility Program. Previously, Saad had been working with an education reform project, co-run by McKinsey and Adam Smith International, for 3 years. He assisted the government with improving access and quality of public schools in Punjab. Saad holds a Bachelor’s degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences and is also an Acumen Fellow. He has a Master's of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and was a Fulbright Scholar there.
