Osman completed his BA in Economics and International Development from McGill University in 2010. Osman Served at CERP in February 2013 as a Design and Evaluation manager on the Punjab Economic Opportunities Program which is evaluating the Punjab Skills Development Fund’s vocational training programs in southern Punjab. He brings with him extensive experience in field research and study design. Previously, he worked at IRD in Karachi on a Randomized Control Trial targeting improved TB medicinal compliance with Shama Mohammed and Dr. Rachel Glennerster. The research was in partnership with high burden public and private TB clinics and hospitals. Thereon, Osman spent several months in Zimbabwe with PSI to help build their ICT capacity in the country, specifically targeting improved interoperability between PSI and government treatment facilities. In the fall of 2013, Osman looks forward to pursuing an MPA/ID from Harvard Kennedy School to study social policy and private sector development.
