Dr. Russel D. Toth is a Lecturer (Australian for Assistant Professor) at the School of Economics at the University of Sydney. His primary research interest is the economics of entrepreneurship in developing countries and he is engaged in work on rural pastoralism in East Africa, and the economics of networks.
Dr. Toth has a B.A. Humanities (Honors, summa cum laude) from Roberts Wesleyan College, an M.S. in Mathematical Economics from Southern Illinois University, an M.A. Economics and a Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University.
