Sania Munir became a part of the CERP Management Team as the Human Resources Officer in January 2017. She looked primarily at Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Strategy. Currently, Sania is an Assistant Manager on the team. Before joining CERP, she worked at the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Reforms, Islamabad. Sania holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, and an MS degree in Human Resource Management from NUST Business School, Islamabad. Her area of interest and research is based primarily on Strategic Human Resource Management focusing exclusively on alignment. Change Management also interests Sania.
